If you contact Netli by email, please include your phone number and a description of your issue, request, or inquiry. Please do not rely solely on email to report high priority issues. A problem report or user question that is reported to the NOC via email or phone is logged, given a case ID number, and assigned a priority based on the customer impact.

It is also important to note that Netli proactively notifies customers (technical contact) via email if it detects an error or any other abnormality (assuming the customer has provided Netli with the proper email address).
